About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to further strengthen our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess robust media planning / strategy skills, specifically concentrating on Display and Video channels. Demonstrable expertise in the efficient trafficking of campaigns across diverse platforms is crucial. Preferably, candidates will have hands-on experience in Campaign Management, particularly within the beauty industry. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can adapt quickly, and has a track record of optimising ad strategies for maximum impact.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrable, relevant experience in Display/Video.
  • A degree from an internationally-recognised University.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced capabilities in Data Analysis. Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience of DV360, CM360, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
  • Familiarity with Lookerstudio (Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent reporting skills, including DSP, ad servers, and GA4.
  • Analytical Thinker: Navigate data complexities in MS Excel and various campaign platforms.
  • Client-Focused: Confidently communicate performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
  • Detail-Driven: Ensure precise campaign execution and reporting accuracy.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative beauty brand campaigns, leveraging platforms like DV360, CM360, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
  • Utilise MS Excel for high-level data analysis, including pivoting and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Interface directly with clients, articulating current performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Drive media planning and strategy for Display and Video channels, ensuring optimal campaign outcomes.
  • Efficiently traffic campaigns across platforms such as CM360, DV360, and Google Ads.
  • Contribute to decks and presentations, showcasing campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Generate comprehensive reports using Lookerstudio (Datastudio) and other tools, conducting health checks on dashboards.
  • Handle direct negotiations and maintain relationships with publishers.
