About the Role

We are looking for a driven individual to assist TMI’s Ad Operations team on a large Display account, while also contributing to the management of smaller clients. The role involves day-to-day optimisations, compiling insightful weekly reports for stakeholders, and fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and analysis.

You will assist with client communications, publisher negotiations, campaign strategy, as well as building campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments and manage relationships with external teams to ensure seamless execution across all projects. 

The role will be based in South Africa, working fully remotely; however, you will be the latest member of TMI’s diverse international workforce based in four continents, working directly (although virtually) alongside colleagues in all digital marketing specialities.

Role Requirements

  • Min. 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from an internationally-recognised university
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven agency experience (ideally within a UK-based agency)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for client service and commitment to high-quality results
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, CM360, and, DV360 (or any DSP)
  • Analytical aptitude and an advanced understanding of MS Excel
  • Experience in analysing data to provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working on B2B accounts would be a bonus
