About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our Paid Search and Social team. You will assist the Senior Account Manager with day-to-day optimizations of Lead Gen and Ecom accounts, compile insightful weekly reports, and complete ad-hoc forecasting. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration across teams, and an analytical aptitude to assist with budget alignments based on performance metrics, diagnose campaign issues, and support client communications.
Role Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from an internationally-recognised university
- Relevant proven digital marketing experience
- Documented agency experience (ideally within a UK company)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for client service and commitment to high-quality results
- A proactive approach to providing optimisation suggestions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 (Other Platforms are a bonus)
- An advanced understanding of Excel is advantageous but must be competent at an intermediate level
- Proven experience of advanced data analysis and providing evidence-based recommendations
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
