About the Role

As a Project Manager within the Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution across the business. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be the core driver for coordinating and delivering key tasks and projects with a focus on efficiency, process optimization, and operational excellence.

In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will serve as the company’s Asana specialist and go-to expert, responsible for championing best practices, maintaining consistency across teams, and optimizing workflows within the platform. You will ensure Asana is used effectively to drive collaboration, accountability, and visibility across all projects.

Role Requirements

Essential
  • 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree or location equivalent from an internationally-recognised university
  • Creating and managing Asana Portfolios, Goals, and Workload
  • Building custom reporting dashboards and complex automations
  • Experience in migrating existing workflows into Asana.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Solid foundation of Project Management fundamentals
  • Enjoys collaboration, communicates effectively and is comfortable relaying information to various stakeholders
Desirable
  • Project Management Certification
  • Asana Workflow Specialist Certificate
  • Asana Administrator Certificate
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Experience with formal change management methodologies or proven success in leading teams through significant process or organizational changes
