About the Role

We are excited to launch the next intake of our successful Graduate Program. We are looking for high-standard, analytical thinkers with a positive attitude, ready to kick-start their careers in digital marketing.

  • 6 month Graduate programme with full-time position on offer on pass of probation
  • Structured Training Programme:
    • Month 1: Induction & Learning (videos, presentations, on-demand)
    • Month 2 – 5: Four week team rotation
    • Month 6: Team Placement & Immercement
  • Content: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Analytics, Soft-Skills and more…
  • Exposure to senior staff from early on
  • Allocated buddy from previous grad round to assist and guide you

Role Requirements

  • A recent Bachelor’s degree from a South African, internationally recognised University
  • Ability to adapt to on-the-go training
  • An interest in data, analytics and digital marketing
  • Interest or happy to work in client facing role
  • Exposure to previously working remotely (preferred but not required)
  • Happy to work across any client industry (iGaming (e.g. Gambling), beauty, finance etc.)

Screening

Our internal Talent Manager will conduct an initial screening to ensure your experience and values align with our company culture and expectations.

1st Interview

You’ll have an initial interview with the hiring manager and another team member to discuss your background, aspirations, and suitability for the role.

Assessment

A practical technical assessment will follow, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and approach to problem-solving.

2nd Interview

The process concludes with a final interview, which includes a member of our senior leadership team.
