The Challenge

A central goal for this campaign was to get Air Charter Service trending in the news.The secondary goal was to boost ACS’s backlink profile with high quality links.

Implementation

Through a combination of in-depth research and contacting government officials directly, TMI was able to gather precise data on the aircraft within each world leader’s fleet. This data was compiled into a series of informative infographics, used to accompany detailed copy. The content was published in May 2017 on ACS websites globally and the campaign has received extensive media coverage since. The three stages of campaign strategy were research, content production and global outreach.


Research: 

We conducted market research to identify potential methods for reaching ACS’s target audience globally: individuals from around the world that often make use of, and have an interest in, luxury travel products and services. We discovered that the topic “world leaders and their private jets” appealed to these individuals. This topic targets those who have an interest in global affairs, politics, wealth and finance. It also holds its appeal across multiple cultures.


Content Production: 

We produced in-depth reporting, with supporting infographics, with content tailored for various markets and regions.


Global Outreach: 

During the content production phase, we pitched this exclusive material to 10,000 news agencies and professional publications.

The World Leaders story was picked up by outlets including USA Today, Business Insider, Mail.Ru, the Telegraph, the Daily Mail and the Independent. Therefore, we not only exceeded our client’s goals, but also keyed into global interest in government aviation and fleet spending.
