What makes this so much more meaningful to us is that the nominations are determined by actual client feedback.
There are no panels of experts, media organisations or guest judges involved – only the direct input of the people whose businesses have been improved through the efforts of their agency. Examining performance reports across all of the central digital disciplines, RAR puts together agency recommendations based on return on investment to the clients. The clients of digital agencies across the world are encouraged to submit anonymous feedback regarding the digital services they buy, and their own satisfaction with the results. I’m proud to announce today to both our staff and our clients that TMI has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the category of ‘Online Media Buying’. Service level awards are given based on the ratings collected across criteria like effectiveness, strategic thinking, value for money, client service and more. Whether we win the final award or not it’s rewarding to know that we’ve managed to maintain our level of personal customer service despite our rapid growth. I’d like to thank our clients for their unwavering support and assure all that we’re only going to keep getting better. The award ceremony takes place on the 10th of June in London.
