About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Account Manager to manage and optimise paid media campaigns for our global beauty clients. With a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, you will oversee budgets exceeding £500k per month, take ownership of campaign performance, drive improvements, and uncover growth opportunities.

As the primary client contact, you’ll provide clear reporting, strategic insights, and ensure campaign goals for volume, ROI, and efficiency are met. This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual who excels at problem-solving, delivering measurable results, and building strong client relationships while collaborating with an innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to improve ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring all campaigns align with their business goals.
  • Regularly conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver detailed performance reports, highlighting key trends and providing recommendations for growth.
  • Train junior team members to upskill the team in PPC strategies, and delegate tasks to junior team members and provide clear feedback.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive innovation in paid media strategies.

Role Requirements

  • 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree (or location equivalent) from an internationally-recognised university
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and GA4
  • Analytical experience and an advanced understanding of Excel.
  • Experience in analysing data and providing evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour is advantageous.
