About the Role

At TMI, a Account Analyst is the person supporting the wider team for the day-to-day delivery of Search and Paid Social campaigns, with possible oversight and or exposure to display – your primary concern would be to assist Associate(s) and Account Manager(s) and Team at large with pacing, reporting and optimisation of campaigns in order to deliver against client volume and efficiency targets.

The role requires a basic understanding of digital marketing principles, good communication plus an analytical aptitude. It requires an ability to be highly motivated, numerate and articulate, both when speaking to clients, writing documents and analysing results. It also requires initiative and proactivity, to identify efficiencies and new client opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree from an internationally-recognised university.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Administrative competency.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Support Associates, Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering effective client service.
  • Research & identify opportunities for client growth in existing and new paid channels.
  • Work with clients across multiple search and social channels to drive success and growth.
  • Assist with day–to-day optimisation and take responsibility for pacing of client budgets.
  • Keep clients up to date on day-to-day changes in campaign performance and issues when required.
  • Incorporate testing into Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns – for example ad copy testing.
  • Landing page testing, day-part targeting, keyword expansion etc.
