About the Role
As a pivotal leader within the iGaming division, the Associate Account Director is responsible for steering the daily development and execution of sophisticated marketing programs. You will serve as a high-level partner to our premier client and internal leadership, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure complex initiatives are delivered with strategic precision and on schedule. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and tactical output, translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our creative and production teams.
In this capacity, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple high-priority projects, from initial scoping and resource planning to final delivery and performance analysis. You will be expected to demonstrate rigorous financial oversight by managing project budgets, forecasting team utilization, and reporting on bottom-line impact. Beyond operational excellence, you will navigate the technical nuances of Search and Social platforms to maximize ROI within the regulated iGaming space, while simultaneously mentoring junior team members to foster departmental growth.
Role Requirements
Essential
- 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree from an internationally-recognised university
- 5-8 years experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency environment.
- Practical expertise in planning and optimizing campaigns across Google (Search, UAC, PMax and Demand Gen) and Meta (Advantage+, App Install and ASC).
- A history of managing diverse project portfolios and building enduring, positive client partnerships.
- Proven ability to handle complex budgeting, financial forecasting, and the efficient allocation of team resources.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Workspace suite for data management and collaboration.
- Superior verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a natural ability to solve problems and drive projects forward autonomously.
Desirable
- Experience in crafting long-term growth strategies and comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) toolkits.
- Prior experience managing digital marketing within the iGaming or gambling industry, including knowledge of platform-specific compliance.
- Experience leveraging Looker Studio or GA4 to build customized, automated reporting dashboards.
